Following many years of experience constructing for a national builder, Tom Nickel helped to create Sullivan & Nickel Construction Company in 1998.  Shortly thereafter Joe Chiarelli, Doug Renna and Jeff Cooper joined him.  In just 8 years, Sullivan & Nickel evolved into a strong force on Long Island, providing Construction Management and General Contracting services.  The firm quickly distinguished itself for its technical expertise, creative solutions and team building approach to its projects.  Their philosophy of fostering a team approach benefited their clients in all aspects of the project insuring a quality project delivered timely and within budget.

This approach has been carried over seamlessly to T.G. Nickel & Associates and our current Principals have a combined construction background of over 70 years and more than $1 Billion of construction volume.  Each began their experience with some of the largest names in the construction industry and take pride in having been part of several landmark structures in the Metropolitan New York
