T.G. Nickel & Associates recently began construction on a brand new $120 million mix-used, luxury condominium complex overlooking historic Bryant Park and the New York Public Library at 16 West 40th Street.

“For us, The Bryant marks the epitome of luxury living in one of Manhattan’s most historic neighborhoods,” said Joseph Chiarelli, Partner. “This is a landmark project for our company and a tremendous opportunity.”

Developed by HFZ Capital Group and designed by David Chipperfield Architects, The Bryant rises 34 stories and features a hotel, restaurant and 57 residences starting on the 16th floor. Two triplex penthouses are located on the top floor. The building will have floor-to-ceiling windows and oak herringbone floors.
